
The Madernassa pear is a variety of pear originating in the Roero area. The farm B0 Mauro since three years has adopted the SMT system for the cultivation of this product. Followed in this by IED BIOE ITALIA. With the SMT is not used chemistry so the fruits are uncontaminated and free from pesticides. Our desire is to make you taste the result of this system of cultivation called "Beyond the Bio". The fruits are steamed without the addition of sugar or preservatives to enhance the organoleptic properties respecting the time dictated by Nature, leaving them to rest for four months so that the fructose of the pear spreads inside the bag.
